First Team All-American, Career Home Run Leader (19), 3.0+ GPA, AA Degree, 14 years in Professional baseball, parts of 9 seasons in the big leagues.  This is just a small sample to the career Bobby Wilson has had since first stepping foot on campus at St Petersburg College.  Because of these honors and many more St Petersburg College is announcing that on January 20th Bobby's number 10 jersey will be retired from the program.  Coach Ryan Beckman had this to say about the retirement of #10, "This is a great honor that I am happy to be a part of.  Bobby is a local product that remains the only First Team All-American to play at St Petersburg College, still holds several offensive records, and remains involved with the program.  Not only that his recruiting class and his two years at SPC helped turn the corner for where the program is today."

The jersey ceremony will be held on January 20th at Jack Russell stadium prior to the 2018 Alumni Game.  For more information on the ceremony and the alumni game you can contact Coach Beckman at beckman.ryan@spcollege.edu.
